Department description
Create and maintain images for every department to use for social media and website. Document events around the convention for posterity.
Staff
Photograph and or video events around the convention.
Department head
Collect and organize digital media for Social Media, Graphics, and Website to use. Understand copyright and model release forms for a 501-3c. Understand privacy laws and taking photos in a public setting. Educating department staff on rules and etiquette of taking random photos. Having photos removed from Websites or Social Media if there is a complaint. Implement Video recording of Main Programming and or Panels if budget allows. Edit said videos and add to the convention's YouTube channel. Work with Graphics for watermarking photos and videos.
