Panels assists with bringing unique fan based entertainment and education to attendees.
Staff
Staff helps recruiting and implementing fan based panels to present at the Convention
Department head
The department head will work with Social Media and Website to attract fan based presenters. They will work with Audio/Visual in creating panel submission forms that cover the presenters needs as in connecting to phones, laptops, or whatever the presenter uses. The department head will work closely with Scheduling for the timing of panels. The department head will need to monitor and send e-mails to panel applications to confirm presenting locations and times.
