Department description
The Vendor and Artist Alley will work with area Vendors and Artists to display their wares.
Staff
Staff will attend to the needs of the Vendors and Artists attending the convention.
Department head
The department head will need to be aware of local tax and sale laws. They will select Vendors and Artists to display at the convention. They will work with Accessibility about ADA compliance with table spacing and tripping hazards. They will monitor and reply to e-mail for contracts and questions of Vendors and Artists. They will work with Safety/Security about security if there is an evacuation such as a fire alarm. They will be responsible for keeping the doors locked except during setup, tear down and hours of operations. They will coordinate with Hotel about access for the room.
