6 months before the convention

• Research Smoker’s Tent, ash trays, and chairs for the convention (borrowing, renting, or buying.)
  • Work with the Treasurer if necessary.
• Ask the staff if they have camping chairs they will donate for the Smoker’s Tent.

1 month before the convention

• If playing music in the Smoker’s Tent, create a PG-13 playlist and find a way to play the music.

Responsibilities at the convention

• Days of the convention - Make sure someone is monitoring the Smoker’s Tent for cleanliness.
