Department description
Works with customizing vendors to create convention branded merchandise for purchase.

Sell and promote convention merchandise throughout the lands.
Department head
The department head will need to search and do cost analysis of convention branded merchandise for sale at our convention and possibly online as well. After getting a budget request approval they will need to order said merchandise to arrive before convention deadlines. They will work with Logistics for receiving, storing and bringing said items to the convention. They will work with Vendors and Artist Alley for procuring a table to sell said merchandise. They will work with Volunteers to provide staff for the tables. They will train said staff on money handling and inventory of the merchandise. They may work with Website if merchandise is to be sold online.
