The department head will need to coordinate all activities at the convention. They will need to work with deadlines for Ceremonies, Costume/Cosplay Contest, Panels, and Guest Liaison and to decide stage times for main programming as well as panel rooms. They may also work with E-Gaming, Tabletop Gaming, Fan Contests, Screening and other departments with tournaments and schedules to coordinate scheduled activities as best as possible.
